His right shoulder looks a little off and it seems like his body cuts off once it's under the fabric.

The only thing I can say about it is that the fabric looks a bit stiff and starchy(not that I'm one to talk about clothing folds, lemme tell ya). Maybe if you tinkered more with the pen tool and made it more flowing, it would look more natural, adding curves and whatnot. Also, his left hand looks a bit awkward, but I'm sure you were going to fix it anyway. ^_^;;;
