Very cute. The theme in itself and the idea for the picture is excellent. As well as the shading and art itself. however, kagome's legs, they don't look right, theyr'e drawn right, but in the wrong spot. They look like she's going to fall off hte tree instead of leaning on it, you could maybe try lifting them up more on top of the branch next time instead of comletely off to the side. That way she wont' look like she's goi ng to fall off. inuyasha's perfect though. ^_^ Other than that, great job. The BG and everything is really nice.

However i have to agree with liliy and Mu on the legs. They're drawn beautifully, it's just that they look like they're gonna fall or as if she's holding them up while sleeping.
Other than that this pic is a 10 out of 10!
